Some clients use private training to supplement obedience classes or to address problem areas. Others prefer private training as an alternative to classes for teaching basic manners to their dog. Private training can be done either at your home or at the Pawsitive Directions training space. Handouts are provided for reference after the appointment. Common issues that are addressed in private appointments include jumping on guests coming into the home, stealing from the counter, housetraining, and teaching a more reliable "come."

Fees for private training appointments:
$65 per hour for appointment time
$1.25 per mile roundtrip for travel time if appointment is done in the home
Payment:
Payment is requested at the time of your appointment and can be made by cash or check.
Cancellation Policy:
If you miss your appointment without prior notification of cancellation, a bill will be sent for 1 hour of consultation time plus mileage, if the appointment was scheduled in your home.
