Phone consultations are arranged in advance and billed after the appointment. It is the client's responsibility to call the Pawsitive Directions office at the scheduled time. Some behavioral issues will only be addressed in person and cannot be scheduled over the phone.

Fees for phone consultation appointments:
$65 per hour for appointment time.
Cancellation Policy:
If you miss your appointment without prior notification of cancellation, a bill will be sent for 1 hour of consultation time.
